Kylie Bartlett
For more than 20 years, Kylie Bartlett has worked at the intersection of leadership, communication and influence. As an international keynote speaker, she has delivered presentations to audiences across Australia and around the world, while working with organisations to strengthen the communication capability of executives, senior leaders and subject matter experts.
Unlike many executive communication facilitators, Kylie combines decades of executive facilitation with a career spent on the international speaking circuit, where every presentation has required the ability to engage audiences, communicate complex ideas clearly and influence outcomes. This combination of commercial speaking experience and leadership development gives her a practical perspective grounded in real-world performance, not theory.
Her work focuses on executive presentation skills, leadership communication, stakeholder engagement and strategic communication. She helps leaders transform complex information into clear, persuasive messages that build credibility, strengthen stakeholder confidence and influence decision making.
Over the course of her career, Kylie has designed and facilitated communication and leadership programs across government, healthcare, financial services, professional services, education and the not-for-profit sector. She has trained and coached executives, senior leaders, technical specialists and emerging leaders, helping them communicate with greater authority in boardrooms, conferences, leadership forums and the everyday conversations that shape organisational performance.
Her qualifications in behavioural neuroscience, people and culture, leadership, learning and development brings an additional dimension to her work. Kylie understands that effective communication extends well beyond presentation technique. It is about how people process information, build trust, make decisions and judge leadership.
Known for her engaging, practical and thought-provoking facilitation style, Kylie challenges conventional approaches to executive communication while equipping leaders with practical strategies they can apply immediately. Her sessions combine evidence-informed practice with commercial experience, creating learning that is both strategically relevant and immediately applicable.
Kylie believes communication is one of the defining capabilities of modern leadership. Through her work with Communication & Media Manoeuvres, she helps organisations build leaders who communicate with greater clarity, credibility and influence when the moments matter most.
